Our house was built in 1905 and completely renovated in 2009. We can offer you a holiday flat with one large double room and a spacious living kitchen.  The whole house is a non-smoking-house.
 
We offer you free parking for your car and your bikes, skis/snowboards and other sport equipment may easily and safely be stored in our cellar.
 
Our holiday flat offers accommodation for individual guests as well as for families with children of all ages (up to 3 persons).
 
It is also possible to hire the holiday flat for a long stay, such as for working people who have temporary work in or around Chur. Prices on request.
